I used it just in the tray area. I used really hot water to clean up and it went better than I thought it would.
The normal groutings been the pain. Leaves little bubbles that wont shift or fill in. Have to wait until set then rub more grout into the holes. I've tried thinner grout and thicker, the thicker mix is slightly better.
I believe that’s caused by too much water on your cleaning sponge

I do have Denso tape. But if I am honest mate. I normally use the stuff that comes with trac pipe. I think it is silicone based tape and yellowOut of interest mate, how you going to protect that gas pipe? Denso?

Yes mate I think that is it. Not sticky until it is stretched and then it sticks to itself.self amalgamating tape
