    check for bits of insulation forced into the blast tube and blocking it will restrict the airflow through the burner and slow down the motor dramatically

    I would be apprehensive about it if the flue seals are knackered you possibly have pocs being discharged into an enclosed area maybe run a room test with your flugas analyser to check for any co readings

    a lot of people wont be aware that the constant running on an rdb can also be caused by a faulty coil as it is so rare to see a faulty rdb coil maybe changed 2 in 6 years I had 1 like this about 3 years ago and spoke to graham in riello who advised to check in this order photo cell coil...

    I was of the impression it was just a new seal suitable for bio fuel maybe they have changed the internal of the pump as well had a bad run of rdb pumps about 4 years ago

    hi brum part you require is available from hwos part no 3008651 cost 2.20 obviously you will have to set up burner again using gauge and fga if you have a new pump maybe you could borrow from this until new adjuster at hand
