Its same as black soil just different colour. As advised already insulate cos its below floor(more important if its below ground floor)

No issues mate. just make sure the boss fits before you drill the hole, i always do this just for piece of mind

i always make sure that i drill the correct size hall too and dont do what a mate did ,he did not attached hole saw cutter properly to the combi drill and it end it up dropping it in the drain pipe lol
