Hi,

The pressure was n my boiler is just under 3 bars, how do I drop it down?

Looks like both valves on your filling loop are open the black knobs should be level across.
When you have done that disconnect filling loop of left hand valve loop into a bucket slowly open right hand valve until pressure drops.

Is the filling loop the one circled in red and is the right hand valve the one circled in blue?
