powermax 155x

[Viper Gas]

Hey guys..will be dealing with a power max 155x tomorrow..gringe!

client says its doesnot fire for hot water demand only..must have heating on to get hot water.

Sounds like the baffles have gone but would appreciate any other ideas ...thanks

From what you have described, you will definitely be needing a midi skip and several axes. Possibly be worth ordering a sledge hammer just in case too.

If u change the baffles u need a new burner gasket , check with gas analyser around the burner , they are prone to leak fumes

Check entire length of flue!
