Coventry to ban dogs being off the lead?

If my memory is correct: Coventry was the first place to have an outdoors alcohol ban; the first place to have CCTV cameras on public transport. Now this!
What’s the point in owning a dog if you can’t exercise it properly.

In the eyes of the law a cat is a free spirit and as such it can cr@p where it likes and there isn't a damn thing you can do about it legally....however, a dog is considered property and is owned, therefore you can be held responsible for your dogs actions and be held accountable.........i think someone should crossbreed and produce a cog.
