Hi, newbie here and looking for some advice i'm afraid.
I've was called to a lock out on Baxi Combi 105e, and fault code shows pump, or pressure fault.
On inspecting the boiler the pump was found to be operating properly. Further investigation showed the pushrod that operates the microswitch on the ch pressure differential valve had not returned to rest. I tried silicon grease on the pushrod to see if that would help, but no joy.
Next day I removed the diverter valve and replaced the diaphragm and all was great for a week, hot water and heating all working fine. Now I've been called to same problem again with the pushrod.
Hoping somebody here might have had same experience and could give me some advice on my next step.
Thanks
WeeStu

Ive had this b4, basically it's dirt. U could remove and thoroughly clean, especially the differential weep holes. Or u could replace the manifold.
