Can anyone help. Sometime ago now I noticed a very bad sewerage type smell which seems to come from under the bath. On inspection it appears that the bath drain pipe has been leaking onto the floor boards for some time however the smell seems to come and go. I do not believe there is a problem...

In my bathroom & toilet I have unsightly hot/cold copper pipes above floor.
If I move them to under the floorboards, do I have to have them earth bonded?
