I have a combi boiler which is losing pressure rapidly, condensate is losing 3 litres of water per minute, I phoned ideal service department and they tell me main heat exchanger is knakerd, however I turned off the cold water supply going into boiler so it is effectively only doing heating now...

Works fine in hot water, in ch mode pressure rises slowly to 3 bar then blows off. System previously flushed and pump ok.
