Ill start off, cheese and pastrami inside multigrain bread with mayo.

Packet of walkers (other brands available) prawn cocktail crisps.

Slack handful of red grapes.

Day one of staying out of the cafe is going ok for now.....

It was in the van in the sun yesterday and I thought I could smell it all morning (every time I went out to the van), and I was thinking 'I'm not eatin that', then I realised it was muck spreading in the next field !
