Quoting to replace one of these with a wall hung combi (the want a WB 34cdi)
I think the cupboard was built around the boiler so no room to look at anything around the back.
Are they all condensing? looking at the MI's they are but didnt want to get caught out as its in the middle of the house:wink5:
 
I don't think Potterton made a non condensing Powermax.

Easiest way to find out is take off the front panel. The trap and outlet would be
visible on the left hand side.

The Range Powermax is non condensing.
