Just finished a tricky heating and hotwater upgrade had to replace a 30year old glowworm fuelsaver and customer did not want to see any pipework or the new boiler so fitted the baxi 412 Heat with a rear flue no permanent live or pump overun needed all worked out ok only negative is i dont like these composite plastic front cases boiler manufacturers are fitting to their boilers now but it did suit the application cheers kop

What did you think of the 400s?
 
Random question. Is the downward 15mm pipe the gas pipe? Is the Baxi gas connection not supposed to be 22mm?

Normally heat onlys are 15mm but not sure on the 400s
 
Only a 12kw Harvest
had 20mbar at the boiler with every thing flat out so no worries there was a bit tight but got the clearences asked for so happy days cheers kop
