Danfoss thermostat

Just bought a house with a Danfoss thermostat.....cannot programme it and since I started trying to do this the screen just has 2 dots flashing - Cannot change this - and I cannot get the heating to work. HELP.

Which danfoss thermostat, picture or model would help

Inside flap it says TP4000/ TP 000si / TP 5000 /TP50001+RF
Have tried resetting....

If you press the up and down arrows together, that should give you a temperature display, from there you should be able to programme it
