Heatline C24 no DHW C.H working

Hi All, New to site and after some advice. Been to Heatline C24 today, no dhw when tap opened, no tap display, no fault display. C.H ok so boiler working. I've changed the flow sensor and micro switch, ntc and pcb still not recognising open tap... Any suggestions? Many thanks
