    Pressure drop across gas pipe

Gofo, if he has 21mb working pressure at meter it cant be the regulator...the regulator is upstream of the meter test nipple. Assuming hes not taking a burner pressure reading its either a blockage or GV to blame

Why use 1.5mm KOP? I would just use .75 5 core

This may be true, you might be qualified but be realistic in how much you are planning to earn as a new entrant with no experience.

No inhibitor, is it too late?

Theres a few different types that are grey...you would have to read the side of it or look at a cross section to confirm. Seen a couple of installs in non barrier that have sludged up massivly supposedly down to the non barrier ingressing air

What size is my copper pipe?

Cutting the pipe with a pipe slice as opposed to a hacksaw will help you get the fitting on if its imperial 1/2"

Distance from main supply pipe or bolier most importnat for balancing

You dont need to go to all that trouble to balance a heating system. What are you going to do with these calculations anyway?

15M pump required, one large Vs 2 small in series?

I should probably read the thread first. Most of what i wrote has been said already! The domestic heating design guide has a good bit on sizing pumps and working out your flow rates etc. I think its published by the CIBSE...the orange book. Worth a read if youve ever got a largish heating...
