    Hi, Home had VERY low water pressure or flow before. Had a pipe or joint burst where our feed comes into the house, via old iron pipework. We got someone out to fix it. They found a rubber washer jammed inside a plastic joint where the iron or lead pipe from outside met the copper pipes below...

    Hi, my boiler was consistently dripping from the expansion vessel with the pressure at about 2 bars or higher with fault f1. I was told to bleed a radiator and pump air into the expansion vessel , so I did up to about 4 psi. Suddenly something gave and water gushed out of the safety pipe outside...
