    Unbelievable gas leak

I was always taught three sprays. One on the Ecv Union, one where the anaconda meets the regulator and one on the test nipple.

    Uponor Q+E

I find the 16mm equivilent to 10mm by the time you get fittings/adapters on. 20mm to about 15mm and 25mm to 22mm. May be more or less depending on frictional resistance but better safe than sorry for me.

The Worcester is unbelievably well thought out for once, swinging expansion vessel and easy to access. grants are great indoors but have no experience of the external ones as of yet.

    Plum centre

Went in today looking for a 32mm alcathene tee and a reducer to 15mm. Divot behind the counter said it couldn't be done after wasting an hour looking for ways to do it. Went down the road to an independant merchant and had it sorted in 5 minutes.

    TOP TIP (oilies)

A piece of 5mm flat bar bent at 90 degrees can scrape almost anywhere in the combustion chamber. Drilling a hole in one end for a 8mm bolt makes a great leverage tool for getting out those pesky wb camray baffles.
