What programmable re stats are people fitting

I hate Danfoss controls. The drayton ones are reliable and easy peasy to program but look a bit old hat I guess. Delta dore are great, even come with receiver unit prewired. I don't like Siemens, Danfoss or Honeywell now. If the customer will pay for it why not a nest?

Baxi Avanta Plus 30Kw system or the Baxi Megaflo 28Kw

If warranty is a big selling point for you request a quote for an Ideal Vogue. Fantastic boiler with 10yr warranty, never fitted the system version but not much different to the combi which I have fitted

Baxi Avanta Plus 30Kw system or the Baxi Megaflo 28Kw

Most importantly, Megaflo HE A, or Megaflo GA? Dont touch it if it's a GA! The HE A however is a great boiler, I'd have it in my house any day. The Avanta is also great, just be prepared for most engineers to not know what it is when they attend a repair/service on it.

    Replacing Baxi Combi 130HE

Baxi Avanta gets my vote. The offset piece just takes it central on a duotec

Hi all Couple of simple questions regarding boiler replacement in a first floor flat. 1. Does the new owner require permission from the freeholder? (Various flats on the block already have had their old boilers replaced) 2. Current boiler is floor mounted natural draught balanced flue in the...
