I'm not being critical as I know we all have to learn but is this guys input starting to worry anybody??

im just really hoping he's not doing it in paying customers houses as I'm sure he said he was studying gas but has zero plumbing experience!!

a little knowledge and all that I just hope he's not another supperplumb

I like him, he's got us talking.

Anyway, him giving crap advise makes the forum and us look bad.

"Don't go on ukpf, they give some right duff advise"

And while I don't like agreeing with the shandy drinker down south, we do need to tread carefully. Make it a pi$$ take rather than a witch hunt. Let's not bear our teeth.

Just let him run then when he gives crap advice trusted or gsr guys firmly correct him without distracting the OP, maybe he will give up.

I was thinking firmly, not gently. But with no malace.

The forum is about trust and right now I wouldn`t trust him to paint my porch in case he painted the Porsche. :smilielol5:

You have a Porsche?! True what they say then - where there's muck there's brass! :)

Totally agree. No need to be nasty, just put him right. He may end up learning which can only be a good thing if he's determined to do plumbing and gas...

Give him enough rope and eventually he will hang himself - Let it roll for now.

I'm still at a loss how, before Xmas, he hadn't passed his ACS but somehow passed while the training centres were closed.

The higher a monkey climbs a tree the more it shows its arrse . But some people only need to sit on the lowest branch.

I`m wondering if he is doing a distanced learning course with a "tutor" in another country.
And I don`t understand why somebody in West Sussex would approach somebody in London about teaming up. Plumbers of West Sussex beware!!!

Oh he said the other day he'd passed. Still don't believe it though
