I'd got a boiler swap pencilled in for tomorrow and Friday. Heard nothing from customer and can't get hold of them so I assume they've changed their mind/found someone cheaper etc.
No sweat I thought, the mobile has been ringing like crazy and I've been turning work away. By 1 today I hadn't received a single call and I was starting to worry a bit.
Took the phone out of my pocket to use the torch on it and there were 4 missed calls. I'd set it to silent at a meeting last night at a meeting and forgot to set it back to outdoor. Luckily the callers had left messages so I've now got a nice cylinder swap lined up for tomorrow morning.
