Hi,
I have noticed that if I turn off a particular radiator (its the hottest radiator in the house) the other radiators seem to struggle to get to temperature. If I turn that one back on everything goes back to normal but still this one is always the hottest.
Any ideas what is going on?
Thanks
All the other pipes are fine but I am lagging everything I can see up there.
Also the section I could see was not frozen so I can only assume it was as it exits the roof.
Hi all,
I've not long moved into our current house and I have had the condensate pipe freeze during this recent weather so I am trying to help prevent it for next time. (It didn't freeze in the last sub zero spell of weather so I can only assume the wind didn't help)
Currently it is draining...
Hi all,
I thought I would update this in case anyone else has the same issue.
It turns out sammathias was correct, there was a partial block somewhere on the line.
About 1 month later (when I noticed anyway) our outside drain gully started backing up and slowly draining away (this links to...

No, its the same toilet. I'll get a picture of it.
This has crossed my mind but I am 99% sure I didn't do this.... and even still surely it wouldn't last this long
I sealed this shower literally the day before but I cannot see how it could be related? other than that nothing...
Gap between shower frame and tray?
Initially the shower and bath did cause the toilet to "gurgle" when it was blocked (doesn't seem to do it anymore though) but after some...
Hi guys,
I have been having an issue with my toilet blocking for the last few days and I am hoping someone with some experience can offer some advice.
The toilet seems to block over time (1-2 days) It can be solids or toilet paper, it doesn't seem to matter.
I can always plunge it out but it...
I did turn it off and on a few times to test it which it didn't leak but next time I have access to it I will use the tape or a o-ring on it.
Also it only has a washing machine connected to it so hopefully I will not need to touch it for a few years (until it stops working)
