Radiator problem/question?

Hi,

I have noticed that if I turn off a particular radiator (its the hottest radiator in the house) the other radiators seem to struggle to get to temperature. If I turn that one back on everything goes back to normal but still this one is always the hottest.

Any ideas what is going on?

It is difficult to comment with out knowing the type of system you have.
Is it gravity or do you have a circulator on the system? Is is one pipe or two?
 
Sounds like maybe it's a one pipe system

22mm MDPE connection
