Regin Premier

Hi all, I have a Regin premier u gauge but have not yet got any blue fluid for it. Has anyone ever tried using water in them or is it best to stick with the fluid? I know some say its the same S.G but wasn't sure how reliable it is... Cheers.

You need to use the fluid specific for it

H2O is not the same sg as the correct fluid.

It will in salt water. The water has a spec gravity ( more dense than water) think its 1.2 ? So u could dissolve 200g of cement in 1000ml of water and test it or buy the fluid for £6?
