Hello ,
Should i tighten more or should i buy pulmber tape or its not that bad to leave like this permenantly?

I suspect the washer has been damaged
 
If you have tightened it enough and it's still leaking, then try to put plumbers' tape.

Don’t tape it, won’t help. The seal is made by the rubber washer. Adding tape to the threads only makes it harder to tighten.

I agree, looks like you’re tightening on to what I suspect is a compression Male iron. Ideally the flat face of the iron should be the seat for this flexi washer. But; I suspect previously a compression nut and olive attached to this valve instead of a flexi.

This means that the face you’re tightening on to is bevelled for the olive to sit in. Due to over tightening this his sharp edge (rather than flat) has likely cut it to the washer.

If I’m in this situation, I typically take a file and flatten the compression end.
