Hi all, i have an unvented cylinder with balanced cold feeds. The cloakroom basin monoblock tap is under 3bar of balanced pressure. As the basin is very small ive had to turn down the isolation valves to stop water flooding. Obviously this has made the taps very loud at night. Is there a way of reducing the velocity in the pipework without causing the noise?
 
Service / Isolation valves aren't designed to be adjustable for the purpose of restricting flow.
You need something like the link below, note restricting cartridge is extra;
