Hi guys,

ive got a problem with a customers boiler. The boiler works fine eventually after resetting, but when there is a demand for heating or hot water the boiler doesn't work straight away,

there is a long pause with just the pump running, then eventually the Fan starts, then after a while the pressure switch operates and the boiler fires up,

initially I thought the aps was faulty as the fan was working but the boiler wasn't firing.

I changed the aps but it didn't make any difference, I'm now thinking its either the fan not working well enough or it's the gas valve?

have any of you had this problem before?

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Hello Mate Best advise I would give, get rid of boiler its a heap of S--t ! and if you have to keep resetting boiler how can it be working fine ?

I know it's total ****e. If you keep constantly resetting it works for a very short while.
