Hi, I've recently bought a house. The bathroom as a shower head on the sink. Would it be possible to cap this off? If so, what tools/pieces would I need? Also, would the water need to be turned off completely when taking off the shower head? Thanks

OK I give up, I've spent ages looking for this but can't find one. A chrome shower head with a nozzle or head that can be angled in different directions but which also has a bottom inlet for surface mounted pipework. Any suggestions please post details. Thanks
