    cast iron radiator, hot at top cold at bottom

    Hot water system, valves were leaking, changed out, then bled system. All radiators worked (heated) fine, now have one that gets luke warm at top cold at bottom. Tried to bleed air but only small amount of air not alot. Both supply and return at bottom. Ideas??? Thank you.
