The washing machine in question is 5 years old & has taken to leaking a little on first rinse only. Checked inlet , outlet & filter, all tight & correct. Drips found on machine front above the filter level & water possibly also comes from underneath. Any ideas?

Having bought one of these from EMWC I find that when all 3 filters are in place the water will not go through the GAC filter. EMWC replaced this with a new onw but the problem is the same. Take it out and you get a decent flow - put it in and only a trickle comes out. Anyone come across this...

Hi - I have recently moved into a new build with oil fired heating installed. There is a metal bowl type filter installed on the tank outlet however I have noted that the filter bowl is facing upwards rather than towards the floor. Is this correct? Does it matter?
