Is everyone up to speed on the new zoning regs for heating

IT doesnt say anything new . I was reading all the new documents issued and thought that its quite clever how its worded for the zones and if they (the powers that be ) simply add the words " time and " ther would be a lot of 2 port valves sold !!;)
Just thought the newer heating guys should read it
