You want to control one zone of radiators and the underfloor heating will be done with the control centre?

If so, I can't see any issues. Did very similar thing on my last install.

Basically if that is the case. You need two two port valves. One controlled by the underfloor heating controls, the other by the honeywell stat. Obviously the way its plumbed up is very important.

On the one I did, I had a Polyplumb underfloor heating pack, with their master/slave unit controlling the ground floor UFH. I then had a CMT 927 doing the rads upstairs, and I used a cheap and cheerful Horstman single channel programmer to do the DHW (not an issue in your case as it's a combi).

In my case it was three 2 port motorised valves, with two pumps. One on the UFH manifold which was controlled by the master unit (for over run ect) the other was controlled by the boiler (Amptec).

Its obviously a bit more involved than a standard system, but not difficult.

thanks mate.

evenin lads i wired up my cmt927 to my zone valve and ecotec 831 like this if you are interested

On the CM927 receiver box:

L = Permanent Live
L = second live internal link to Terminal A
N = Neutral
B = the motor open wire of your zone valve (if Honeywell this is brown)

Grey of the zone valve permanent Live
Orange of the zone valve goes to the Switch Live of the boiler (in my case terminal 4 on the pcb of the eco tec)
and it worked like a charm...wehay
