Why do I have low pressure in my hot water taps? Takes about 30/45 mins to fill up my bath and takes ages for the hot water to come through taps. Had the heat exchanger changed on my boiler last year? Would it be plumbing or boiler related?

Is your cold water the same as make and model of your boiler plz ?

Would you say hot and cold are about the same or not much in it upstairs?

Nothing you can do other than to speak to the water board maybe they can increase it for you

If it takes 30-45 mins to fill the bath, that equates to around 2.5lpm.

Most water suppliers are obligated to supply a minimum of 1 bar and 9lpm at ground level.

I’d measure the flow rate at each outlet and if possible directly after the main stopcock.

You may have a supply issue that the supplier will fix.

You could also look into mains boost pumps.
