Whos' best for servicing Kane FGAs?
Do you send them back to Kane or use an independent?

Direct back to kane I always do

The service is really good. The only issue I have is the batteries went in mine the other day and when I took them out they were non rechargeable. (I have been charging it for months). Never had it sent back with no. Rechargeable in before

Very impressed with the service by Kane. My analyser was posted back to me the same day received. Free roll of printer paper and a couple of tea bagsđź‘Ť

i was doing the same. Thought it was broken but they gave me non rechargeable batteries

I've had it before where they swap out your rechargeables for others. I had some dodgy ones once so replaced them with brand new which cost an arm and leg as they're special ones only for them to swap them out for someone elses at Service!
Had an analyser back before too with the Infra Red printer sender no working, when it did when it went in. Also had a faulty switch once which I mentioned on service and didn't get rectified, took it back and to be fair they did it FOC.
