Where to find replacement handle for ancient bath mixer

Hi,
I can't find anywhere a replacement handle for this old bath shower mixer. It has 20 splines but it is greater than 8mm.
Does anywhere supply the handles for this? If not, would it be possible to replace the valve with a standard 3/4" valve with an 8mm spline?

i agree just get a tap reviver kit, cheap as chips

You could just undo the 3/4 nuts and replace with a new mixer. Example below.

Thanks for all your help. What a great idea to fit a thermostatic mixer to the risers. I will check the centres on my next visit.
