What fitting and how to remove?

Hi all,

as per the title does anyone know how to release these fittings? I’ve tried turning and pulling but don’t want to force it?

Need to unscrew the blue collars in the end or carefully cut the copper outside ring

it does have a special tool but you can do it with circles pliers the blue collar unscrews and the pulls ourt they were soma gold fittings

I do have the tool somewhere as one of my houses a few years ago was piped in this

Thanks all for the advice, I had never come across these type of fittings. I’ve managed to get the blue collar off and have done the work intended. Cheers again.
