got into a cold shower this morning..hot water wasnt heating..saw the theromostat reset switch had popped out so pushed it back in ..cylinder started heating again..
only problem is that the live wire started heating and the insulation tape started melting..wire looked corroded so problem was probbally the wire ..replaced the wire..seems to be ok now..but was wondering should the cover to the housing feel warm at all? about 25 deg c? (where im touching in the photo is warm)
