hi fellas - installed a warmflow B70 HE yesterday but cannot get it into condensing mode - going back tomorrow and will possibly downsize the nozzle and oil pump pressure and circulation pump speed - any other suggestions?

Is the flue gas temperature excessive?, condensing doesn't begin until the flue gas temperature is ~ 55C and the full condensing effect not achieved until ~ 20C so obviously the return water temperature has to be as low as possible, some oil boiler manufacturers only allow a minimum return temperature of 40C. Circulation flow (circ pump speed) is probably the single most important way to achieve this, also flow temperature, even if the boiler is oversized then it should still be possible to get a reasonably low return temperature but the oversized boiler will cycle more frequently.
