Has anyone here had much experience with the old Velta (now upnor) UFH systems

I have a customer who has a few issue and i'm trying to find some info.
I've managed to download the settings doc to see the installer settings but not sure how to get into the settings menu on the Veltamat 3D unit.

The issue is the floors are not getting hot enough in cold weather even tho the outside sensor is showing lower temps. I was wondering what the curve was set to and hence looking for info on how to get to the installer settings.

Flow temp seems to be 31-35 and return around 30

any help would be much appreciated, thank you

Hi Bob
You didn't get much interest from the forum on this one!

Interestingly Ive been investigating similar today and found the manuals on the Upnor website. Did you fix your problem??

I am generally a decent handyman, can usually make 2+2=4 and take care of most things to avoid troubling experts with just the basics, but know also not to bumble around blindly beyond that. We moved house last week and with the glorious hot weather we weren't bothered about the heating, more...

Hi all, I have recently had a UFH circuit added to my existing CH/HW system and had a question on performance when UFH and CH are operating at the same time. My boiler is an Vailliant EcoTec Plus 630 and for a number of years this was running with a CH and HW loop only. Each loop had a 2 port...
