most people on here claim they get next to no work from sign writing a van but like the fact it looks professional when you turn up. well as long as you act professionally they won't remember the van.

plus scrotes less likely to break into it for power tools.

I`m under the impression that a sign written van lower the insurance costs as it`s less likely to be stolen and easier to be found, could always be wrong wouldn`t be the first time lol

I get loads of work from my van being sign written. People always say how clean my van is, and they always comment on seeing the van around for years and parked all over town. I even get enquiries when I park it in the leisure centre car park.
The down side as you say is thievery.

Had my new to me van done a few weeks ago, this was his first draught, a couple of tweaks and I got my self an ice cream van

Yeah they offer discount if its sign written and if you've got racking in the back

good tip for getting old vinyl sign writing off. use a wall paper steam stripper. watched them doing it at the van auctions. comes off pretty quick. done mine today aswell works really well.
