For the life of me I can’t find the filling loop anywhere in the house it’s giving me a f22 error code

I’m guessing somehow you connect the green thing on the left to the left silver valve somehow

tbh the install looks half finished safety valves arnt piped up / terminated etc
 
It’s weird because no water comes out of the green thing

This boiler is not yet fully installed. Do not touch it, you are not qualified to do so. Best thing for you to do, is pop round your local DIY store and buy a couple of heaters.
