Vado celcius 2 way divert bath filler pulsing output

Vado celcius 2 way divert bath filler or shower, fed by salamander pump, water pressure and temperature to shower outlet works perfectly well, when diverted to the bath filler water output pulses. all input valves , cartridge and diverter valve replaced but issue still remains. Shower in ensuite work perfectly off the same pump. How can this be fixed

Is that the deck mounted, bar valve version or a concealed version?
