24 year old female, I moved out 5 years ago but never had any plumbing issues. Not suggesting women don’t know these things but I am definitely the typical clueless young woman when it comes to this stuff, I am unsure on the type of tank/boiler etc I have. I am getting hot water out of my shower for the entire time it is in use but not from any sinks or from my bath taps. It isn’t freezing cold from the taps but it is barely lukewarm/tepid. I have been on holiday for 3 weeks but I did have my mother come round to do all taps and toilet in the house and to keep thermostat as low as possible without costing a fortune. I read up that having the room thermostat low/off can affect this so I whacked it up to 25’c (my usual is around 18’c) but this has made no difference. I’ve checked the circuit switches and they all seem to be on and working and the lights on my boiler are all on so I’m unsure on the issue.
