WHY ARE THE LANDLORD PADS CHANGING?

The Landlord / Homeowner Gas Safety Record has been changed primarily in anticipation of potential changes to Landlords requirements in the Gas Safety (Installation & Use) Regulations (GSIUR) that are planned to come into effect in April 2018, whilst still being in a format that can be used with the existing Legislation.

The CP12 has also been updated to allow for additional recording of information and readability by the user and Landlord / Homeowner.

A sample of the new landlord pad can be seen here - Landlord Gas Safety Pads / Certificate - CORGIdirect CP12 (50 Pack)

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO NEXT?

Make sure you keep an eye out for the potential forthcoming changes to the GSIUR and be prepared.

Order your new CP12 now, ready for the change
