Any info on how above works etc appreciated....not had any dealings with it yet. My Dad up in Scotland has wet underfloor heating and is having some problems with it. Thanks

basicly the water is mixed at the manifold to deliver cooled water through the underflooor each circuit of the manifolds is balanced with valves at the manifolds to even out flow realy need to know what the problems are to offer more help

Cheers Steve....he said some ares are warm others not.....so I guess it's a balancing issue potentially then ?!

You shouldn't need to balance it as flow heads on manifolds should be set to within 5% of design?

Have u tried unscrewing the actuator heads to check that it's not actuator / elec fault? Has the system been drained or modified? If it had been drained possible air ? Also if drained don't forget biocide. Af10 is simplest one for system.
