Evening all, I’m hoping somebody can help.

I have a wet speed fit UFH system, that controls 9 loops on the ground floor, each with a separate zone thermostat, flow valve and actuator.

The problem I’m having is when the main programmer (which controls the entire system), is left on (I.e. permently during winter), the water temp rises to over 60. If I just have it on for say 3 hours in the morning, couple at lunchtime, and 3 in the evening, the temp remains a steady 45.

I’ve turned the valve on the manifold mixing valve down, but to no avail.

Also (and could be a coincidence, perhaps not), the pump remains on permanently, even when no zones are calling for heat.

If anybody can try and spare some thoughts it’d be greatly appreciated!

John

What rises the boiler temp or the manifold temperature?
