Cleaning The Shower Head:

On this model, to remove the spray plate for cleaning, you have to press a button on the side of the head, and then rotate the plate past the button.
But no amount of pressing this button, will enable the plate to rotate past the button!

It was remove once before with great difficulty.

It was remove once before with great difficulty.
Try applying some lubricant to around where the button is, it could just be limescale or something. Failing that heat it up in some hot - warm water.

Remove shower head, stand it in a jug and pour Kil-Roc inside then add water and let soak.

Stick the shower head in a pyrex jug of white vinegar overnight less harsh on the plastic . Kop
