Hi,

I recently installed a new Triton Collection 2 shower. When I went to switch the isolation cord on the shower powered up automatically and I am unable to switch it off unless i pull the isolation cord. Cold water is coming out and there are two blue flashing lights on the front panel. The power light remains on red constant. I have attached a video if anyone might have any ideas that would be much appreciated.

Kind Regards
Chris H

Have you checked for correct voltage? Is the pcb ribbon connected correctly? Did you commission it correctly?

nothing in the instructions about lights flashing I suggest you check everything is correct eg voltage and water supply also electrical connections if still same contact triton

Surprising your problem showed up arter 3 wks but Triton showers can be sensitive to the mounting surface beig flat and don't switch off, sometimes slackening the 3 mounting screws fixes the problem.

I have this problem too, my Triton Apairante 9.5kw shower has two blue flashing lights and the red light is on constant. I cannot turn the shower off I use the isolator switch. The shower had been working perfectly well for months and this happened for no apparent reason.

I contacted Triton customer services who confirmed that I was out of warranty and it would cost £159.00 to send one of their engineers out (including parts & labour).

Quite frustrating really since I think it might be a simple problem, but I am actually thinking about replacing the whole unit as I can get a new shower for £200.00 with a new warranty.

If anyone knows how I can fix this relatively easily or has come across this before any tips would be much appreciated.

I've had an engineer fix this exact issue for me, so posting a reply in case anyone else finds this through Google.

It's an electrical issue with one of the components on the face panel. The solid red light and two flashing blue lights is when it goes into commission mode (I think he said). Mine was like that out of the box so was a faulty cover.

Hi guys. I'm trying to identify a toilet model before ordering a seat for a customer. I went to what used to be a Roca stockist (they no longer are) and one of the guys there reckoned it might be "The Gap". I went to the new stockist and the guy there disagreed it was "The Gap" and that he'd...

Hi, Can anyone advise as to why the cold water to my bathroom keeps airlocking? This originally happened about 12 months ago and has happened 3-4 times since. It’s an upstairs bathroom, fed from a tank in the attic. The tank is about 8 Meters away and feeds a bath, sink and toilet. The tank...
