Toilet push button

Anyone got an idea of the make of this flush valve? Trying to locate a replacement screw in push button. The diameter of the button unit is relatively large at 50mm. I have attached a picture of the valve itself.

Might as well replace the entire flush valve, cheap as.

yeah I would do that normally. However, the problem is that the buttons I have seen aren’t big enough to fill the hole that is in the top of the current cistern.
