just replaced taps with repair a tap set or something like that, however once installed you have to push down on the tap to get it to work properly. both hot and cold have to be juggled about to get a proper water flow. what can i do ?
 
Unfortunately , theae days, tap cartridges are not a , 'one size fits all'. Might be a case of new taps, which can be a pain if they are bath taps, I know.

Our kitchen mixer tap has started dripping. Like so much of the plumbing in our almost new build bungalow, it is lacking! The plumber didn't install any isolating cocks in the H&C feed to the tap so how can I identify which of the valves is passing? Shut the whole H&C water system down?
