Hi all,

Currently trying to change my bath taps as the mixer tap currently fitted has failed.

I'm going to two separate taps as I have future plans to install a shower unit

I've found what I believe to be the stopcock behind a inspection Hatch under the bathroom sink, I managed to get this to turn but he water will not go off, I live in an apartment on the 3rd floor and this appears to be the only stopcock I can find.

On top of my hot water tank there is another stopcock type tap this feeds into the bottom of the tank? I haven't touched this yet but I don't know if this will help!

My water tank is a santon premier plus is that helps!

all help is appreciated!!

You will need to register with UKPF to get any answers, it takes a few minutes but is well worth the effort.
